Stitch 'n' B*tch is for anyone living, working or studying in Dundee aged 18-26 years. Come along to knit, crochet, embroider, cross stitch or try any new yarn based craft are interested in while meeting new people and chatting about how you're feeling and what is going on in your life. The session is supported by volunteers and staff who are around for a friendly chit-chat and to help you with the crafts. There is no obligation to know how to knit/crochet/embroider, so come along to learn and try something new, or just to have a chat!
Yarn based crafts are a great form of 'moving meditation'. The repetitive and rhythmic movements can contribute reduced stress and anxiety! We have a range of materials and resources that are free for you to use, so there is no need to bring your own things. Of course, if you are working on a specific project then please feel free to bring this along too!
