Drop-In Café

Are you a young person looking for support with your mental health?

Feeling Strong's Drop-in Café is for any young person aged 11-26 who lives in Dundee who would like to:

  • Talked to trained staff and volunteers about their mental health and wellbeing

  • Play games, crafts and mindfulness activities

  • Learn more about our projects to support your mental health and wellbeing

  • Relax and chill out in a calm and relaxed environment

  • Connect with like-minded young people

  • Free drinks and snacks with new drinks specials every week

When you attend, you will be greeted by a member of staff and we will sign you in to keep track of attendance and for your safety. We may also ask you about how you are getting home from the session - including if you are being picked up by a guardian, so we can ensure that everyone gets home safely from the Hub.

We're open weekly on Mondays at the Feeling Strong Hub from 1500-2100. No need to sign up, just drop in! Find us at the lower door down the stairs, off Seabraes Lane. Press the buzzer and a member of staff will let you in.

We have a weekly online drop-in session on Tuesdays between 1500-1700. Young people can hang out from the comfort of their own home and check-in to chat with a member of staff. If you are interested in taking part in the online Café drop-in session, please use this form to sign up and be provided with the secure video joining link weekly: https://forms.gle/J98ZieLSCorzDWaq5

You can refer a young person to this service (as a guardian, GP, health worker). We will reach out to the young person and invite them along to the next session. Please use this form: https://forms.gle/J98ZieLSCorzDWaq5
