Feeling Strong's Drop-in Peer Coaching & Listening Service is for young people (12-26) who live, work or study in Dundee.
We provide a safe space to talk about mental health and wellbeing challenges
We offer support and guidance through active listening, signposting and referrals to other services
We help set recovery goals and use tools to promote positive wellbeing
We're open Wednesday from 12:30-19:00. Once you have filled in the referral form our Peer Coaching Team who will be in touch within the next week.
It may be necessary for them to contact you for more information so please keep an eye out for a call or an email.
