Breathe is a baseline information workshop focused on discussing mental health and wellbeing challenges. It is designed to be an interactive workshop encouraging discussions on general mental health and wellbeing challenges and raising awareness of these. The workshop also brings to the attention of the participants the perceptions on mental health and wellbeing challenges and how to talk to people sensitively about these. It also highlights the importance of self-care in supporting positive mental health and wellbeing.
