A growing topic of conversation identified through our work with Dundee’s young people at Feeling Strong is centered around transitions.
Transition means to move or change from one stage to another; in this resource we will be looking at the many different transitions young people experience in their lives. These can be the traditional transition from primary school to high school, or it could be natural life transitions, such as moving house or dealing with grief.
No matter what, transitions can be hard to navigate and can play a big part of our mental health and wellbeing, regardless of age or experience.
In this resource, we’ll be looking at the different types of transitions you may be experiencing, or could experience in the future, and looking at different ways you can support your mental health and wellbeing.
